Study on Public Innovation in Web2.0 Age-Based on Customer Innovation Thought

摘要
The publics are customers of public institutions and the essential of publics participating in public policies is the public innovation. This article began with the analysis of the relationship between publics and the public institutions; Publics can be taken as the customers of public agencies. The publics' participation in the formulation of public policy is public innovation defined in the article. The characteristics of public innovation in web2.0 age were also described and we presented that to promote public innovation the government should be prepared for reform and to provide platform based on web2.0 thought for the public innovation. And pointed out that because of the specificity of public customers, the government must guide and control it, and develop public innovative mechanisms according to China's national conditions.
