摘要：
The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 has affected all aspects of the real estate market in Liaoning Province. By comparing and analyzing the indicators of the real estate market in Liaoning Province in 2020 and 2019, such as the approved presale area of new commercial housing, the transaction area of commercial housing, the transaction volume, the number of transaction units, the average transaction price, the transaction area of second-hand housing, the transaction volume, and the number of transaction units, average transaction price, and so on, we get the development direction of the real estate market after COVID-19 in Liaoning Province.
