摘要：
Firstly, basing on SCP diagram, analyze the present situation of market structure, enterprise behavior and organization performance in Chinese industry. Secondly, integrate the model of competition and the strategy of technological innovation; thirdly, propose a game theoretic approach in studying strategy of industrial technology innovation competition. Finally the theoretical meaning and realism meaning of this study are given, and the strategies of strengthening the China industrial organization international competitiveness are proposed.
