Measurement to Jilin's Logistics Industry Production Efficiency and Analysis of Its Impact Factors

摘要
By using the data of logistics from 1990 to 2012 in Jilin province, we take the mode of the Cross-DEA to evaluate the logistics efficiency, and the model of Tobit was to taken to analysis these influencing factors. Studies have shown that in nearly 20 years, efficiency of the logistics industry in Jilin province has realized gradually increase, the efficiency has declined in 2006 but in 2010 it has achieved quickly pulled up; GDP and Import & Export has obvious significant for the logistics industry efficiency's improvement in Jilin province.
