摘要
Autonomous learning and life-long learning play important roles in the implementing of quality-oriented education. Teachers who work as mentors of students are quite critical in the process of putting the concept into effect. How should teachers adjust themselves to make the learning more effective and lead students to learn autonomously? This is the main point of this thesis. The theories of humanism and mediation have been thought that could achieve these.
