摘要：
This case report describes the effect of acupuncture or laser needle acupuncture as a non invasive therapy in a patient with carpal tunnel syndrome. After 8 treatments with acupuncture or laser needles the results were a reduction of pain, oedema and reduced tingling of the fingers.
