Proposal for a Conceptual Decision Making Model Based on Collective Intelligence for SMEs of the Photovoltaic Solar Energy Sector in Colombia

摘要
The date of, no reviews and proposals have been identified from the perspective of complex systems implemented in business organizations to improve agility in decision-making in Colombian SMEs. This article proposes a model of collective intelligence, achieved through information flows that allow a Small and Medium size Enterprise (SME) of the Colombian photovoltaic solar energy sector (which can be taken as the basis to apply to any other country) to make agile decisions that respond to the emerging requirements of a complex environment. This is due to it has been shown that the control structures implemented in traditional organizations significantly reduce their ability to respond to changes. The information flows of the proposal are determined by factors characteristic of social systems such as trust, reputation, and intelligence to solve a task.
