摘要
Bioremediation is a biotechnological approach to clean up contaminated soils. In this work, the response-surface methodology (RSM) was applied to optimize a biostimulation process for heavy metal contaminated soils. The results show with the increasing amount of modifier, the soil pH value increased correspondingly. Modifiers can significantly reduce the soil available heavy metals Cu, Zn and Cd content. Therefore, tourmaline and biochar both amend the acidic soil contaminated with heavy metals. However, biochar amendment is better than tourmaline for the acidic soil.
