摘要
Innovative talent development is a major part for corporate innovation, particularly for small enterprises in Hi-tech sectors. The study explored the mechanism how organizational learning process within knowledge teams influences the development of innovative capability of firm's talents and develop a model to expound the creative human capital development in high-tech context settings.
