By the management of the real estate we understand a number of ongoing relationships and procedures responsible for the pace and direction of development of real estate markets, especially local markets. These processes are, among others. real estate Division, integration and Division of real estate, construction of technical infrastructure, spatial planning or even real estate valuation. The primary objective of action taken is rational land use surrounding us. They must be focused on achieving the best possible benefits while at the same time optimising real estate values. This is only possible provided a careful management strategies accordingly in this segment. Detailed planning and rational ways of managing space, the implementation of selected real estate economy processes, logging facts and changes in space taking place as a result of real estate management have a common denominator in the form of information about real estate. In Poland, the source of these data are among others. the mortgage institutions, land records and buildings and Tax Records. We find them in almost all of the information on land, buildings or premises which are necessary for the proper management of real estate. Unfortunately, it happens that the information obtained from a variety of records are not complete and homogeneous. In addition, quite important during the implementation of selected real estate management processes is the lack of information about the value of the property in any registry. Streamlining the decision-making process, and hence is rational real estate management requires obtaining relevant information about surrounding us. This information should be in particular: up-to-date and in accordance with the facts, detailed and meticulously describing interest, easily accessible and presented in convenient and affordable for the customer form. Land real estate, as a coherent and smoothly functioning system that combines elements of the mortgage, land records and buildings and Tax Records, should be a source of complete and reliable information for the purposes of real estate economy.
