摘要
Spastic neurogenic bladder is caused by upper motor neuron dysfunction due to spinal cord injury or disease. Patients complain of continuous urinary incontinence and easily become pyelonephritic due to vesicourethral reflex(WR). We report a case of spastic neurogenic bladder which was treated with selective sacral nerve blocks. The patient was released from spastic bladder by these blocks (S3, S4, S2) without urinary retention or further motor weakness of the lower extremities.
