摘要：

Subject librarian system is a professional, high-level information service system to be built in the library. Some questions about the current implementation situation and the deficiencies about the system of subject librarian in the libraries in our country and how to accelerate the process of subject librarian system construction, improve the library's literature information service level are discussed in this paper. I believe that the establishment of subject librarian will create a new service mode and service mechanism and will bring a new revolution of library.
