摘要
On the basis of diffusion theory, a method is presented to determine the optical properties by two independent time-resolved reflectance measurements. The diffusion constant is directly deduced from a simple analytical expression, the absorption coefficient is determined from the asymptotic slope of the logarithm of diffuse reflectance verse time curve. Then the reduced scattering coefficient is derived from the diffusion constant and the absorption coefficient The derived absorption and reduced scattering coefficient are independent of boundary condition. This method is verified by using the time-resolved data from Monte Carlo model. It is shown that the proposed method has the advantages of straightforward, fast and high accuracy.
