摘要
Depletion of world fossil fuel reserves as well as environmental problems make it compulsory to think a new our options with regard to heating of premises. Since energy is in great demand and there is increasing environmental pollution in the present world, greater and greater importance has been attached to the application of metal industry of many indystrially developed countries. The main part of overflow classifying research is to modefy the conventional energy system which is used now. We discuss the potential and economic feasibility of solar, industrial process-heat applications, textile and chemical industries. In this paper, an analysis is developed to determine the necessary electrical energy to obtain the required quantity of heat. Additionally, this quantity of heat realize the temperature rise according to sort of operation and type of materials. One of the important factors that affects the quantity of heat and its temperature rise is the industrial products requirements. The work present a new modefied energy system for industry field. This modefied system is a stand-alone photovoltaic system for small workshops and hybrid renewable energy sources according to the required load and the location of the industrial city to prevent and kill the great human enemy which is the pollution. The nature of workshops and its industrial products are the basic factors in the work, The results give an idea about the sizing of renewable energy system. Finally, by applying this study, the healthy and clean our area can be realized. This work also discuss the small scale optimization problem for minimizing the output electrical energy of the heat required of each group for the required process subject to the boundry limits of their temperatures.
