摘要
Both consumers and businesses have the intangible psychological contract. The literature review analyzes a variety of possible factors affecting consumer's behavior based on psychological contract in the marketing environment. SPSS software is used to measure questionnaire reliability and validity and analyze of the data in the empirical study. Four important factors affecting consumers' behavior based on psychological contract is confirmed. The importance of each factor is described in the paper.
