摘要
In the following article the use of e-learning in education of convicts is discussed. E-learning comes as a modern form of education and vocational training which contributes to the development of contemporary culture of education and which is also applied at penitentiary institutions to educate convicts. E-learning allows prisoners to acquire education and to complete education gaps that they may have, regardless of the length of their imprisonment sentences. This method of education is largely focused on independence and self-discipline of users who learn with the use of digital platforms. Education - including, perhaps, first of all, education of people who are exposed to social exclusion, such as convicts - must meet various needs expressed by the developing society. It results from the necessity of solving problems related to the growing possibilities of media in the field of generating, processing and creating information.
