Research of snap tension of submerged floating tunnel tether

摘要
Considering the effect of tether of situation, submerged floating tunnel tether-tube parameter resonance mathematical model and the nonlinear equations of motion are built. Then the equation method is simplified by the Galerkin method, meanwhile, MATLAB is used to solve the equation. Factors affecting snap tension are analyzed. The results show that the position of tether is shallow, its biggest dynamic tension is increased suddenly in the case of other conditions unchanged. The position gets deep gradually, dynamic tension reduces constantly. The frequency of tether raises, the maximum of tether tension is elevated. Its biggest dynamic tension enhances as the tether longer.
