摘要：
We report of a heterotopic chondromatosis of the aortic valve in a 74-year old patient, who underwent an aortic valve replacement. Heterotopic ossifications of cardiovalvular structures are well known, but to our knowledge this is the first observation of an isolated focal chondromatosis in this location.
