摘要
We discuss several aspects of the fission phenomenon studied within a mean-field approach with two incarnations of the Gogny force. Results for the fission of odd-A nuclei obtained in the framework of the equal-filling approximation are discussed. We also analyze the impact of a finite but moderate temperature in the fission process and finally we discuss fission properties of neutron rich uranium isotopes studied with two different parametrizations of the Gogny force, namely D1S and D1N
