Implementation of Strategic Alignment Framework for Developing Information Technology of RFID in XYZ Private University

An information technology (IT) private university of XYZ becomes one of the universities that participates in the development of information technology and science. A vision of XYZ IT private university is becoming a world-class university in the field of information and communication technology (ICT) based on the entrepreneurship. There are many policies those have been made by stakeholders on considering the development of the ICT in this campus. One of the policies that have been enacted is the obligation to use an identity (ID) card for students and employees. The method used in this paper implemented the strategic alignment framework for aligning between institution goals and ICT fields in developing the information technology of radio frequency identification (RFID). The RFID card technology could be applied on this campus as an ID card. The recommendation has also been proposed in emerging research and development on the usage of RFID card technology.
