摘要
Brain atlases are neuroimage databases providing an appropriate coordinate system to enable multisubject comparisons, along with comprehensive descriptions of the data. Warping tools, visualization, and statistical analyses that accommodate the various neuroimaging modalities can be used to integrate diverse data to form comprehensive maps describing a particular subpopulation's brain structure and function. Task performance and genetic information can be related to brain morphology, establishing complex inter-relations between genotype, phenotype, and behavior.
