摘要：
The paper presents a model for the management of Lakhmess reservoir on Siliana River in Tunisia. Two objectives were identified namely the satisfaction of the agricultural demand and the guarantee of minimum storage volume in the reservoir at the end of the optimisation horizon. The management rule requires the specification of weights to be given to each objective. Stochastic dynamic programming (SDP) has been applied as optimisation technique. Results indicate the feasibility of the proposed approach for reservoir management in semi-arid countries.
