摘要
In this paper, we propose a depth-enhanced integral imaging display based on bifocal lens array. The bifocal lens array consists of a small lens array with plano-convex circular lens units and a large lens array with square lens units. The proposed display device generates two central depth planes and stitches two reconstructed 3-D images in depth, which largely improves the depth of field. The experimental results indicate that the proposed structure reconstructed 3-D image with the depth of field as large as 150.8 mm, which is double of conventional integral imaging display.
