摘要
This paper discusses the Real-Time Systems track in the Master of Software Engineering (MSE) program, at Embry-Ridle Aeronautical University. It presents outlines of four courses in this trade: Concurrent and Distributed Systems, Specification and Design for Real-Time Systems, Software Safety, and Performance Analysis of Real-Time Systems. The outlines include: course descriptions and goals, performance objectives, required and supplemental tests, topic outlines and principles of assessment. Background information leading to track development a's discussed and some initial experience, after two years of running the MSE program, is presented.
