摘要
In this report we present result of digital holographic microscopy for investigation of optical properties of various fixed histological samples. It was shown that various types of tissues introduce significantly different patterns of phase shift in the object wave. Further analysis of these patterns can be used for estimation of their optical properties which may be related with physiological characteristics of the tissues.
