摘要：
The organization and management of the SMS (SoftMan Society) is the basic problem on Multi-SoftMan's negotiation, cooperation and coordination. In this paper, on the basis of the concept of artificial life and SoftMan, we present SMS's organization model, design and establish its management and control strategy. We also put forward the management and control function concretely under management strategy. At the same time, we discuss the interacting control mechanism between local SMS and remote SMS.
