摘要
In some situations, the person will involve self-control. Organizational self-control in the literature relating to self-control, which is then referred to as self-management. In everyday life management offers the benefits of a relatively high potential for individuals and organization, especially in the implementation and problem resolution performance problem. The aim of this study to determine the relationship between the variables of self-management with the performance of the teachers. To use quantitative approach to the Structural Model, will be able to find the relationship between self-management with the performance of teachers in primary schools. Testing hypotheses using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that there are significant indirect relationship between the variables of self-management with the performance of primary school teachers through emotional intelligence.
