摘要：
The present work tries to recognize common lineaments between the different legal systems regarding the civil liability for misinformation respect to third parties. In this sense, European and American laws are reviewed, together with soft law instruments, in order to establish the standard of conduct required of issuers. Subsequently, we analyze what would be the foundation of legal policy to support this position, concluding with some considerations referring to the advice or expressions formulated with lightness.
