A study on the quality comparison between B2B and B2C supplier

摘要
E-commercial field grow very quickly in the decennial year. The most important is that can connect between the supplier and the customer to promote the benefit both sides. The B2B and B2C system, both not only is a new business system, but also so accepted by business actives. A B2B or B2C active need combine among the supplier domain and the database support software firms domain and the customer domain to complete it. The main point of B2b or B2C is how to establish the quality of supplier domain. To research the quality of B2B and B2C supplier, the field survey is used. Three parts did in this paper. Firstly, the quality contents of the B2B and B2C supplier needs found from the information technology (IT) base. Secondly, not only the concepts different of quality between the B2B and B2C supplier be found, but also the quality items of both supplier to combine between the information technology finding and the field survey data is given. After the items of quality are found, then the description and reference of statistic methods use to do data analysis. Thirdly, The results of analysis and the conclusion, even the discussion, Will be given. The data, use to analysis, is get from the questionnaire of field survey, There are 41 questions of a questionnaire in the B2B supplier, and there are 5 questions of first questionnaire and 36 questions of second questionnaire in the B2C supplier. Total 29-validation of the questionnaire of 50% and total 31-response of the questionnaire of 55% of the random sample of total sample in the B2B supplier. Total 36-validation of the questionnaire of 45% and total 42-response of the questionnaire of 52% of the random sample of total sample in the B2C supplier.
