摘要
Based on the characteristics of multi-factored features of motion reliability of mechanism, BP neural network was implied in the overall evaluation method of motion reliability of mechanism. And construction of evaluation network system based on BP neural network has been put forward. When uncertainty and vagueness were taken into account, a new method for obtaining effective sample set for evaluation based on set-value statistics theory was also put forward, which could choose experts' personal assessments on the basis of motion reliability data from practices; a synthesized evaluation network model structure for motion reliability of mechanism was set up by means of MATLAB, and the intelligent evaluation for motion Reliability of Mechanism was realized. The evaluation example proved that the way is workable and right, which provided a new evaluation method for intelligent synthetic evaluation for motion reliability of mechanism.
