摘要：
In the background of economic globalization, Transnational Technical Communities (TTCs) play a unique role in promoting the internationalized operation of high-tech industry. This paper discusses the definition, characteristics and functions of TTCs. It views that the forming of TTCs meets the actual demands of the development of Chinese high-tech industry, and also China has satisfied corresponding requirements. Meanwhile, it gives some suggestions on how to develop TTCs.
