摘要：
Basic investigations in the field of soldering of SMT devices with solder paste and high power diode lasers are undertaken. The IR radiation produced by the soldering process is used as the feedback signal. It is detected with an IR pyrometer. The results are investigated and characteristic changes in the signal detected. These significant changes might be used for a closed-loop process control.
