Research and Practice of Civil Engineering Construction Management Mode

With the development and transformation of China's economic system, construction management mode plays an increasingly important role in civil engineering construction. The economic development of China is gradually being aligned with international standards. Currently, the scale of large civil engineering construction is growing, and the complex degree is becoming higher. The previous civil engineering construction management mode has not been applied to civil engineering construction. The project management mode is a key factor determining the success or failure of a project. On the basis of civil engineering construction management, four commonly used construction management models in developed countries were researched and analyzed from the point of view of the business owners. The development of China's construction management was analyzed. Current management and practice situations of projects at home and abroad were combined, and then the management mode of an engineering project in China was adopted. This study provides data for the improvement of the management of civil engineering construction in China.
