摘要
The concept that could define the best contemporary period is change. In all aspects of daily life, the rate of change is incredible. In the global economy, most of the problems we face have become global dimension. Accordingly, to solve their need global responses, including not only a common understanding of the causes and results, but the existence of a powerful international dialogue to provide solutions. Increased concerns for sustainable development takes place in conditions where the threat of exhaustion of natural resources, environmental degradation and deepening poverty have become reality world widely recognized, both in prosperous areas of the world and the poor. Meanwhile, the current process of globalization, unprecedented in history, generating high-speed propagation, but not only of the positive and negative. Analysis of compliance links between the two themes appear in this context, as a necessity.
