摘要
PID control is the most widely used control strategy in most practical industrial processes, and the results of the research thereon are quite fruitful. In the industrial process, more than 95% of the controllers are PID controller. The optimal design and setting of PID controller are very important for the performance of the control system. This paper uses improved genetic algorithm to carry out numerical simulation of PID controller parameter setting on the PID linear control system with uncertain model parameters and comparison between simulation results and conventional genetic algorithm; when the controller parameters are significantly changed, better control quality is still provided, the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified, and the improved algorithm has stronger robustness than the conventional genetic algorithm.
