摘要：

Complete overhauling activities may be included in "single-part production" or "project" categories. In these circumstances, the critical path methods can provide solutions to optimize the project's components scheduling activity. The use of specialized software in project management allows timely processing of large amount of information, thus obtaining optimal solutions for planning project activities. This paper shows how these methods were applied to a company with machine tools repairing and retrofitting as its object of activity
