All-Optical Wavelength-Selective Switch by Amplitude Control with a Single Control Light for Wide Wavelength Range

摘要
We propose an all-optical wavelength-selective switch for a wide wavelength range. The switch consists of asymmetric X-junction couplers and Raman amplifiers. Switching extinction ratio of larger than 20dB is verified numerically in wavelength 1350-1750nm.(..)
