摘要：

This paper explores specific features in the IHR Court that demonstrate international judicialization of domestic politics. Through qualitative research design, combined with descriptive statistics, we mapped no repetition measures in the Court's rulings against South American States,, evaluated the difficulties to comply with these measures, and presented the possible impacts regarding States policies.
