摘要：

Porous or dense silicon nitrides were joined by silicon slurry, silicon nitride slurry or silicon paste, followed by sintering to obtain dense joined bodies. Combination of porous silicon nitride and silicon slurry exhibited average strength of more than 400 MPa. High powder packing density by slip cast like procedure and very low shrinkage by reaction bonding (RB) of the joint part resulted in the good strength.
