摘要
Given the emergence of new discipline, especially in social informatics, life science, sustainability science, there are growing needs for the formulation of corresponding Body of Knowledge. Problems remain that there exist not authorities or domain-specific professionals who could give the entire body of knowledge of such new discipline. In order to tackle this issue, this paper introduces a method to formulate the Body of Knowledge, SIBOK, for a new discipline, a.k.a., social informatics, via a reverse engineering idea and WikiBOK. By validating over multiple clustering methods based on a variety of metrics of dissimilarity, linkage criteria and the number of clusters, it is concluded that the proposed SIBOK reflects well the current situation of the social informatics education.
