摘要
The planning of distribution network is faced with a great challenge when large-scale renewable energy mostly wind power entering into power system. This paper proposes a bilevel programming model considering distributed wind generation (DWG) allocation in the active distribution network environment which introduces active management fee (AMF) concept firstly. The bi-level programming is a complex mixed binary nonlinear problem, and it's intractable to obtain the global solutions by using deterministic approaches, so a hybrid approach based on cuckoo search (CS) is used to solve the problem. And sine-wave levy flight is implemented to generate precise new solutions. In addition, this paper transforms NP-hard bi-level problem into single objective optimization problem and then into bi-objective problem which can accelerate the convergence speed. Finally the IEEE 33-bus system is applied to verify the advance of the model and the algorithm.
