摘要
In the present analysis, hybrid composites of nickel alloy comprising 3-12 vol. percentage of Al2O3 and stable 9 vol. percentage of the TiO2 particles is produced using sand mold casting induction furnace. Extensive deliberation has been given to the thermal characterisation of hybrid composite materials and it has become the government of materials science engineering. For this role, hybrid metal matrix composites of nickel alloy, aluminium oxide (Al2O3), and titanium dioxide (TiO2) are microstructural analyzes. The analysis of hybrid nickel alloy composites thermal conductivity activity increases with the introduction of reinforcements by up to 9% of Al2O3 and TiO2 after drop due to temperature effects in composites and thermal expansion coefficient of hybrid nickel alloy decreases with volume fraction rises up to 9% of Al2O3 / TiO(2 )and further rises marginally due to ductility of composites at 12% of Al2O3 and 9% of TiO2.
