摘要
The purpose of this research was to analyse the academic programs of the Postgraduate Schools of Latin American universities. Methodology. The research presented a qualitative-interpretive design, documentary type; 57 documents have been selected, made in the period 2017 -2022, including: scientific articles, review articles and information from websites of recognized organizations. The keywords used in the searches were: postgraduate School, Latin America, university. Results. The postgraduate Schools of Latin American universities are facing the challenges of the pandemic, improving their research processes, internationalization, curricular relevance and academic offer, institutional policy, accreditation, teaching and positioning in regional and international rankings. Conclusions. The best positioned Latin American university is the Pontificia Catholic University of Chile. The Latin American Business School is the best positioned in the EGADE Business School of Mexico. In addition, Latin American universities have many pending challenges to overcome, including: training innovative professionals committed to finding solutions to the complex Latin American reality, achieving international accreditation and prioritizing the internationalization of postgraduate studies. During the pandemic, academic offers in online mode increased.
