摘要
In this paper, some graphene-based microwave planar devices proposed by our group are summarized. Firstly, a compact nine-way power divider with omnidirectional isolation resistor based on graphene flake loaded on a saw-tooth structure is analyzed and demonstrated, which can achieve high isolation between arbitrary output ports. Secondly, a tunable grounded coplanar waveguide (GCPW) attenuator based on three pairs of graphene nanoplates is discussed in theory and design. Finally, a tunable filtering attenuator based on CVD graphene is introduced. Here, graphene pads serve as tunable resistors and gradually change the attenuation level.
