摘要
In this paper, we use DEA-based method to build a relatively cutting-edge efficiency input-output function to distinguish between different agencies. Through the comparison on the efficiency of four different agencies, the results show that: colleges and universities, businesses and other sectors are weak DEA validity, and scientific research institutes for the DEA is invalid. Comparisons of input-output efficiency shows: the most efficient institutions is colleges and universities, followed by other institutions, enterprises and R & D institutions. Several suggestions and explanations were proposed to improve efficiency according to the calculating results.
