摘要
Per Wastberg's Award Cereinony Speech for the 2012 Nobel Prize in Literature is worthy of the attention of the Chinese academia. He spoke highly of Mo Yan as "a poet who tears down stereotypical propaganda posters", and as "a wonderful portrayer of nature", for his having presented to readers a "forgotten peasant world". The speech highly evaluates Mo's "peppery" and spicy writing style, incorporated with imaginative power and mystic narration, all of which help create vivid figures in his works. However, the speech also includes misinterpretations of Mo's works and betrays political prejudice.
