摘要
With the literature research methods, the paper analyzes of the forms of the core staff's recessive drains in enterprise, as well as the harm to the businesses. On the basis of objectively analyzing the causes of core staff's recessive drain from many dimensionalities, this paper will propose that establishing the early warning mechanism about the dynamic thinking, strengthening the publicity of corporate culture and staff training and perfecting enterprise management mechanism can prevent the core staff's recessive drain, so that it could effectively improve the enterprise's core competitiveness.
