We prove the null controllability in large time of the following linear parabolic equation involving the Grushin operator with an inverse square potential u(t) - Delta(x)u - vertical bar x vertical bar(2) Delta(y)u - mu/vertical bar x vertical bar(2)u = v1(omega) in a bounded domain Omega = Omega(1) x Omega(2) subset of R-N1 x R-N2 (N-1 >= 3, N-2 >= 1) intersecting the surface {x = 0} under an additive control supported in an open subset omega = omega(1) x Omega(2) of Omega.
