摘要
The organizational culture is essential in sustaining a company's economic and social effectiveness. Moreover, it is the environment where the sense of social responsibility develops. Our research investigates the relationships between organizational culture, social responsibility and financial performance using a structural equation model This model will be validated through a survey research conducted on a representative sample of Romanian companies.
