摘要
Considering existing problems of support design and construction in deep excavation, this paper puts first forward a controlling technology by pre-stressed cable technology, then the design and optimization of parameters of pre-stressed cable is done based on in site test at 1178 m sublevel in Mine No.2 in Jinchuan. The prime parameters of pre-stressed cable were given with the help of engineering experiences. Then numerical analyses were executed to evaluate the rationality and reliability of support parameters, by means of an orthogonal numerical experimentation (simulation), regression analysis and optimization design. The research in the paper provides an important theoretical basis for the optimize controlling technology in the deep excavation.
